Can you get through a night out without going over your points???

The answer to this is yes!


Here is an example of how it can be done:


Brekkie: Bowl of fruit salad (0 PP)
Lunch: Big Salad, Dressing and Chicken Breast (5 PP)
Dinner: Steak (6oz fillet) with a big salad and Dressing (7 PP)


Currently as a male I have 38 PP a day. That is not even that high for a man. That would leave me 26 PP


Taking a pint of Lager at 6PP, you can easily head out and have a few pints
Better still, you can have a spirit (mostly 3PP) with a diet drink (0 PP) or Sparkling water (0 PP)
