Keeping the focus by having a goal
Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to keep the focus. If i'm in the office and i'm making tea and i'm offered a biscuit, it is so easy to say "yes please". Not that there is anything wrong with it but we all know this builds up over time, I like to think of things that will make me happier and more confident. If I want fast food after a night out, i think to myself "you're looking better than ever in that shirt that finally fits, why do this?" It may seem like a small thing but self confidence is massive and the more weight I drop, the more my confidence rises. Treats are OK but keeping the focus is paramount
