Early Skepticism

Hi all,

I was exceptionally nervous about starting Weightwatchers. I joined just under 3 weeks ago. I have tried loads of different ways to lose weight but always ended up slipping back. I am not hugely over weight but I could do with dropping 2 stone. After 2 weeks I can tell you, I find this method exceptional. I can still have treats but I know where the limits are. For example, I can enjoy a bar with tea if I've been careful that day. Makes dieting a lot easier. After 2 weeks, I am down 3.5 pounds and I am delighted.
